Under the guidance of our outreach worker we offer the following services:

Do You Know A Senior Who May Be ...

Isolated and lonely?
Depressed?
In need of emotional support?
Having trouble making ends meet?
Needing assistance meeting nutritional requirements?
Physically, emotionally or financially abused

Seniors 55 and over
Frail or isolated
Families of seniors in need of support

What Can You Expect?

A friendly telephone call or a visit in your home
A chance to talk to the Social Worker about your health & well being.
Referrals to senior services.
Information about programs & services that may benefit you.

Support Groups

Circle Of Friends
Every Monday from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.
This support group provides time for members and non-members in our community to meet new people,
provide opportunities to learn new things,
and to feel connected to their community.

Bereavement Support Group

The Centre’s Bereavement Support Group continues to be available, meeting twice a month. Please contact Bob or Steve at 780-483-1209 for more information, including days and times. Other Outreach Supports are available as needed. Ask Bob or Steve about what we have to offer.
