Eat Healthy & Shop Better! Cooking Classes
A registered Dietician will lead fun, informative cooking sessions that will provide tips on healthy eating, cooking for one meal planning & shopping.

	INTERNATIONAL January 28 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
	This will be a great opportunity to get together with members from Edmonton's diverse cultural communities from around the city and celebrate our many heritages while sampling various national cuisines. If you would like to participate or have any questions please call the office.

Emergency First Aid & CPR
February 7 from 9 am to 3:30 pm Price: $75
Westend Seniors will offer emergency-level first aid/CPR for age 50 + participants. Wendy Crick of Lifeworks Consulting Ltd. will provide the course. Cost is $75 that will include training and light lunch. Space is limited to 20 participants so please register early to reserve your spot.
Registration closes February 2^nd.

Coffee Talks
February 25 from 1:30-3:30 pm Price: $2
Come join the drop-in discussion series at the newly renovated Community Cafe on February 25^th from 1:30 to 3:30 pm. The question of “age friendly communities” kicks off this lively discussion series.
Meet interesting people, learn something new and share your opinions.
Drop $2 in the box and grab a cup. The Cafe is open!.
