Westend Seniors Activity Centre and members have turned out some professional projects. Don’t miss this class, which is held in
our own well-equipped Workshop.
Drop In Card Games
The cost to play varies from group to
group and includes a drop-in feeplus a contribution to the prize
money. The drop-in fee is a token amount contributed to Westend
Seniors Activity Centre; the remainder of the daily fee collected is handled
by the group director/contact and is returned to players in prizes.

Duplicate Bridge
every Wednesday from 6:45 p.m. to 10:00 Drop in fee $2.00
We call ourselves the “friendly bridge
group” and welcome new bridge players, even those who have not previously
played duplicate bridge. We’re not ACBL affiliated but we do have a
good game of bridge. If you’d like to give us a try, it is best that you
inform the office (who will in turn notify me), but on the other hand, if
you already have a partner, both of you may come along any Wednesday
and you will be made very welcome.
Practice Bridge

bridge player hoping to hone your playing skills, come and enjoy the
fellowship of others who are doing the same thing! Some guidance is

An easy and relaxing way to spend an
afternoon! Changing partners you get to meet and chat with different
people. The game is to take as many tricks with each partner as the
high score will win a small prize. Come and see what pleasant surprise
awaits the lucky player holding the two of spades at the end of the
day!
